By placing an order or commissioning a VR activation on our website, you agree to provide complete, accurate billing and payment details. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking for reasons including equipment availability, scheduling conflicts, technical feasibility, or suspected fraudulent activity. In the event of an authorized cancellation, appropriate refunds will be processed in accordance with our policy.
We aim to deliver digital assets, software builds, and on-site hardware deployments within the estimated timeframes specified in your project agreement. However, delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to external factors, on-site venue logistics, or client milestone approvals. Meta VR is not liable for indirect losses resulting from unforeseen delivery delays.
Our cancellation and return policy applies to all hardware rentals and service engagements. Equipment returns must be returned in original operating condition with all accessories intact within the agreed period. Refunds for canceled service engagements are assessed based on work completed up to the date of notice in accordance with our formal contract terms.
Meta VR South Africa, its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, software, or event activations. Our maximum cumulative liability for any claim arising under these terms is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes or legal claims arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
